Chairman of the company since 1981, Bundy has grown the business from the 10-staff operation of that time, to the 40-strong team currently in place. In addition to general oversight of the company's operations, Bundy commands the global sales and marketing and customer relations functions.

Educated in Hong Kong and Britain, she has enjoyed a varied career, which began with Special Branch in Hong Kong following graduation from Caritas College. A period with Edukits, a subsidiary of Colorcraft, armed her with a comprehensive knowledge of plastics which has proven invaluable to customers in today's expanding niche. At the same time, experience gained in assembly line logistics enables her to properly advise customers on sourcing and managing suppliers in this service area. A stint as project manager with Hoskins Educational in the UK set the foundation for her ability to manage people as well as projects.
