Bundy Walker
Chairman of the company since 1981, Bundy has grown the business from the 10-staff operation of that time, to the 40-strong team currently in place. Experience and expertise gained at the helm of Colorcraft over the last 26 years has made her adept at identifying emerging trends in the industry as well as honed her philosophy of service to the customer. In addition to general oversight of the company's operations, Bundy commands the global sales and marketing and customer relations functions.
Educated in Hong Kong and Britain, she has enjoyed a varied career, which began with Special Branch in Hong Kong following graduation from Caritas College. A period with Edukits, a subsidiary of Colorcraft, armed her with a comprehensive knowledge of plastics which has proven invaluable to customers in today's expanding niche. At the same time, experience gained in assembly line logistics enables her to properly advise customers on sourcing and managing suppliers in this service area. A stint as project manager with Hoskins Educational in the UK set the foundation for her ability to manage people as well as projects.

Fraser McFadzean
Fraser joined Colorcraft in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for all financial matters within the company including banking relationships, budgets, balance sheet, P & L, contracts and invoicing. Now with a dual role as Chief Operating Officer, his remit includes office management, all human resources matters and extends to playing a supporting role in sales and marketing activities.
Born and educated in Scotland, Fraser is a Member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. Prior to locating to Hong Kong, he pursued a 17-year career as an international private banker, serving with the Royal Bank of Scotland, one of the world's premier financial groups, in Edinburgh, London and the Channel Islands. Combined with his financial acumen, his knowledge of the Asian, Australasian, European, South African and USA markets and his skills in relationship management are uniquely suited to helping further the development of Colorcraft's business.

Eva Yuen
Reporting to the CFO, Eva is responsible for the treasury function, monitoring cash inflow/outflow, dealing with taxation, financial and management accounting and regulatory compliance reporting, this last working closely with the company's auditors.
Eva joined the Colorcraft in 2000. Before moving to the commercial sector, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the big four international accounting firms. She is a fellow of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Peggy Ng
Peggy, a 26-year veteran of the company, is Senior Production Manager, supervising a team of 15 staff, including quality controllers. She provides the leading interface between customers and suppliers, organises the work load and oversees all stages of book production. Taking a solutions-based approach to managing clients' expectations, she is practised at juggling the time pressures associated with production deadlines to ensure both the quality and timely delivery of the end-products.
Peggy joined Colorcraft in 1981 as a controller's assistant, learning the business from the very basics, and earning promotion to the post of quality controller within three years. Since then, she has risen steadily through the ranks to her present position of trust within and outside the company, establishing a solid professional track record that has contributed to the overall success of the business.

Aylwin Shyu
Aylwin, a Malaysian national, began his career in the industry in 1997, coming to Colorcraft in 2005 with 8 years' experience successively with a printer in Singapore and with a Hong Kong-listed print manufacturer. In his capacity as Senior Quotations Manager, he manages a team of estimators and is responsible for seeking the most competitive pricing on all client projects, both book and non-book. He deals directly with clients to determine their precise requirements and selects the appropriate vendors to match these, operating with suppliers principally in China.
Aylwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, USA and has embarked on MBA studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

May Kwok
May joined Colorcraft in 2001 as Non-Book Procurement Manager, a pivotal role in a niche area that has been expanding steadily for the company. She entered the print industry in 1982 and gained extensive experience in non-book production with a previous employer before taking up her current post.
On receipt of a request from a client, May expertly assesses the type of product required and whether the company has the capacity to fulfil the order, before sourcing the most appropriate vendor. Working closely with the Senior Production Manager and the Senior Quotations Manager, she follows the progress of the order from pricing, through production and provides the interface with the client.
